Psychometric Data
Psychometric data processed by People Analyzer™ does not constitute medical data. It is used exclusively as an analysis, understanding, and decision-support tool in a professional context.
The results and reports generated by People Analyzer™ must not be interpreted as absolute truth and do not replace human, managerial, or professional judgment. They are intended as support for analysis, particularly in recruitment, management, communication, professional development, and skills assessment.
Access to Results
Access to results and reports depends on the configuration defined by the client within the platform. Depending on the case, data may be accessible to:
- the individual user concerned;
- the client or organization that initiated the assessment;
- authorized partner consultants as part of their support or debriefing mission.
Each client is responsible for configuring access rights and informing the concerned individuals when using the platform.
Data Hosting and Location
Data processed by People Analyzer™ is hosted in France by OVHcloud.
No personal data is transferred outside of the European Union.
Data Security
VSI INNOVATION implements technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against loss, unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

- encryption of data and communications according to applicable standards;
- restricted access based on authorization levels;
- application and technical security measures to protect the platform;
- logging of access and operations necessary for service security.
Data Retention
Personal data is retained for the duration necessary for the use of the service and compliance with VSI INNOVATION’s legal obligations.
In the event of account inactivity, associated data is deleted after a period of 60 months.
Some data may be retained longer where required to comply with legal, accounting, or tax obligations, or to defend VSI INNOVATION’s legal rights.
Data Sharing
Personal data is not sold to third parties.
It may only be shared with the following recipients, to the extent necessary for service execution:
- OVHcloud, for hosting the platform and data;
- Stripe, for payment processing;
- authorized partner consultants, when their involvement is required by the client or user.
No external artificial intelligence system is connected to the platform for processing personal or psychometric data.
Subprocessors
To date, VSI INNOVATION does not use any additional subprocessors beyond those strictly necessary for the operation of the service, notably hosting and payment providers.

The People Analyzer™ website and platform use only functional cookies strictly necessary for the proper operation of the service.
These cookies enable user authentication, session security, and the maintenance of preferences required for platform usage.
No advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or non-essential analytics cookies are used. Therefore, no cookie consent banner is required for these strictly necessary cookies.
