FAQ

Everything you need to know about using People Analyzer, with no strings attached.

Q1 Do I need training to use the platform?

No. That is actually our main differentiator. The platform and reports are designed so you can get started without prior training. We also offer training for those who want to go further and earn certified status.

Q2 Are my data and candidates' data protected?

Yes. Hosting 100% in France, GDPR compliance built in, data never repurposed into a third-party recruitment database. We do not monetize your data.

Q3 How much does a report cost?

The T8 Signal report costs 1 credit, i.e. €30. Purchase one at a time, no commitment. Volume discounts apply.

Q4 How long does the questionnaire take?

The T8™ questionnaire typically takes about 20 to 30 minutes depending on pacing. It is completed in a single session with no backward navigation, so answers stay spontaneous and reliable. No preparation is required: there are no “right” or “wrong” answers—just an honest read of what fits you best.

Q5 Do you offer debrief support?

Yes. Our network of certified partner consultants can support one-to-one debriefs, team workshops, or managerial alignment sessions.

Q6 Is it scientifically sound?

Yes. The T8™ framework builds on the Big Five (OCEAN)—the most extensively validated personality model globally, grounded in decades of international psychometric research. It organizes results around eight behavioral dynamics and 50 facets measured via forced-choice pairs, enabling a nuanced, reproducible profile for every respondent. The method was validated across a battery of studies on 50,000 individuals. T8™ stays academically rigorous yet fully practical for day-to-day use.

Q7 How does T8™ compare to DISC?

DISC maps four behavioral styles (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, Conscientiousness). It is simple and useful but shallow—it mostly describes how you interact, not why. T8™ goes deeper: eight dynamics and 50 facets rooted in the Big Five, spanning observable behavior, intrinsic motivation, stress responses, relational posture, and emotional adaptability.

Both live on People Analyzer. Our DISCpro™ report is built for contexts where DISC is the expected language (rapid hiring sprints, communication workshops), whereas T8™ delivers deep strategic insight. Pick the lens that fits the brief.

Q8 How does T8™ compare to the MBTI?

The MBTI sorts people into 16 binary types (introversion/extraversion, etc.). Widely adopted outside academia, it is problematic in applied settings: scholarly consensus repeatedly questions its validity, scores can shift materially between administrations, and binary buckets poorly mirror the continuum nature of traits.

T8™ does not “type”—it measures. Every facet rests on a continuous scale for a stable, granular reading. Its Big Five foundation is the psychometric benchmark that has held academic credibility for more than forty years—in the exact space where MBTI reputational risk stacks up.

Q9 How does T8™ compare to Echo (PerformanSe)?

Echo and T8™ share the same scientific backbone—the Big Five—so both deserve serious scrutiny. Differences emerge around product design:

Ease of access — T8™ is engineered for executives, managers, and consultants to use without prerequisite training. Echo leans more toward HR expertise plus consultant-led delivery.

Cross-functional coverage — Echo concentrates on hiring and managerial evaluation, whereas T8™ natively spans six journeys (recruitment, management, leadership, commercial roles, assessment centers, team mapping) with purpose-built reporting.

Q10 How does People Analyzer compare to AssessFirst?

AssessFirst is a respected French vendor focused on predictive hiring for large enterprises with its SHAPE model. Three big deltas:

  • Ease of use — AssessFirst’s power brings operational complexity. People Analyzer prioritizes usefulness from minute one—no mandated training sprint.
  • Concrete outputs — Where AssessFirst foregrounds algorithms, People Analyzer delivers reports a manager, leader, or consultant can act on immediately.
  • Credit-based pricing — No forced subscription floor, no minimum lock-in. You pay for what you run, with volume discounts—ideal for SMBs, independents, and episodic needs, while AssessFirst commonly targets enterprise rollouts.

People Analyzer is also built to travel across hiring, management, leadership, commercial roles, skills assessments, and team cartography—one platform for every people decision.

Q11 Can T8™ support whole teams?

Yes—and it is one of our most compelling plays. The collective module rolls individual profiles into a full team map, delivered as presentation-ready slides for executive committees or offsites. You will see:

  • collective strengths that already exist in the group,
  • watch areas worth monitoring early,
  • profile synergies to amplify,
  • predictable tension zones to manage proactively.

Use it for team seminars, reorganizations, onboarding a new member, or simply helping squads understand one another—and lift collective performance because of it.

Q12 Are reports available instantly?

Yes. Once someone finishes the questionnaire, the platform generates their report automatically with zero manual processing. Review it live, export PDFs, or share straight with hiring managers, consultants, or candidates—everything stays automated inside your workspace.
