Questions about our offers

How do I choose between per-report and a license?

Volume is the main signal. Below roughly 15–20 assessed candidates per year, per-report is usually more economical and flexible. Above that, the Talent license tends to win. We can model your specific case with real numbers.

Can I combine offers?

Yes—and many teams do. You might run a Talent license for day-to-day hiring and add T8 Leader or T8 Fit reports ad hoc for edge cases. Certified partners often combine preferred pricing with a license for their own operations.

Is certified partner status open to independents?

Absolutely. Most of our certified partners are independent consultants. Core certification assumes experienced HR or coaching practitioners, without a formal academic gate.

How fast can we start?

Per-report: right after a scoping conversation with our team. Talent license: typically 1–2 weeks depending on integration needs. Certification: monthly cohorts, enroll up to 7 days before each session.
