SOLUTIONS · SKILLS ASSESSMENT

Psychometric testing for skills assessments.

A library of reports designed for assessment work: T8 Fit for ideal roles, T8 Drive for deep motivators, T8 Performance for behavioural dynamics.

01 · T8 FIT™

The ideal-roles report.

T8 Fit is the foundation report of the skills assessment. From the beneficiary's deep dynamics, it surfaces the role families that fit their profile — those where they will thrive over time.

WHAT THE BENEFICIARY GETS

  • A map of the role families that fit the profile.
  • Supportive professional environments (company cultures, types of organisation).
  • The professional stances in which they thrive naturally.
  • Long-term development areas for their career project.
  • Personal-work pages to complete with their facilitator.

02 · PERSONALISATION

Every report is unique.

T8 reports are not generic texts assembled from categories. Every report is written using the beneficiary's first name and the full set of their psychometric specifics. No two beneficiaries receive the same report.

WHAT PERSONALISATION CHANGES

Their first name woven through the text

The report addresses the beneficiary directly. Engaging to read, respectful in tone, never condescending.

"Sophie, your profile reveals a marked search for autonomy…"

Wording specific to each profile

Content is composed from the beneficiary's specific indicators — not from a category. Two close profiles receive two distinct reports in wording, nuance, and recommendations.

Contextualised recommendations

Suggested roles, environments, and development areas come from the actual combination of all the beneficiary's dimensions. No off-the-shelf recommendations.

03 · FULL LIBRARY

Three complementary reads to go deeper.

T8 Fit opens the assessment. Depending on the depth and the nature of the engagement, three complementary reports enrich the work.

REPORT 02

T8 Drive™

VALUES, DRIVERS, AND TRANSACTIONAL EXPECTATIONS

The ten deep drivers that sustainably mobilise the beneficiary. Implicit expectations of an employer (recognition, autonomy, security, purpose). The essential read for what will hold up — or not — over time.

DISCpro™

FOR FACILITATORS TRAINED IN DISC

The DISC read in its professional version, with continuous indicators. For practitioners familiar with this framework who want to integrate it into their assessment methodology.

04 · PERSONAL WORK

Work pages to run with the facilitator.

Every T8 report includes, at the end of the document, personal-work pages designed to support the assessment. The beneficiary completes them throughout the engagement, in dialogue with their facilitator.

WHAT THESE PAGES ENABLE

A structuring support for the conversation

The work pages offer open questions, matrices to fill in, and hypotheses to test. They give the practitioner a discussion frame built around the beneficiary's actual profile.

Progressive ownership of the report

The beneficiary does not receive a document to read passively. They become an active reader by completing the exercises, testing the suggested directions against their reality, and formulating their own conclusions.

A closing-of-engagement deliverable

At the end of the assessment, the completed pages form a personal reference document. The beneficiary leaves with a structured deliverable they can reopen in the months and years that follow.

05 · OPERATIONAL

Reports written to be used.

Psychometrics has long suffered from unreadable reports: technical jargon, tables of scores, abstract descriptions. T8 reports were designed in the opposite spirit — to be read, understood, and used directly by the beneficiary and their facilitator.

01

Business language

Written in business language, with no psychometric jargon.

02

Readable summaries

Readable summaries open every section of the report.

03

Concrete leads

Concrete leads instead of abstract descriptions.

04

Spoken debriefs

Format built for the spoken debrief in a coaching session.

A report that isn't put to use within an hour of reading has failed. The T8 format is tuned for operational use.
